Ross has always had a passion for the outdoors and equipment. From a young age, he was tinkering on his dirtbike or working on a project with his dad's tractor. Over the years, Ross worked many jobs such as tree removal, firewood, plowing, mowing, tractor work, equipment and auto repairs. Inspired by his family's multi-generational entrepreneurship, he hoped to own his own business. In 2021, Ross made that dream a reality by starting Elevated Tree Service, which progressed to Schutte Excavation LLC. He is frequently praised by customers and other contractors for his precise work and "can-do" attitude.
